The photo was of a sign placed on a piano by the
producer of a play at the 7th Rgt Armory in NY
to keep the NY Crowd from leaving their empty cocktail
glasses on the baby grand. The people attending were
limited in number and followed the actors from room
to room as the play developed. I rescued the sign
from a garbage can after the play had run its course
of about 6 months and kept it in my office for a number
of years before retiring and bringing it home to place
on my wife’s piano.
